Founded in 2001 and located in Austin Texas, Deposition Technology Inc is a vertically integrated semiconductor chamber support company.
Our fully equipped facility processes kits from semiconductor fabs around the globe.
We provide in-house clean, coat and kit repair. Our team is able to process kits for all of our US based wafer fabs in as little as five days.
Design and fabrication services are also available from our 300mm capable machining center.
Legacy parts, specialty hardware and shielding stock are available for purchase as well.
